Dev Update #271


v0.6.6 and the night of Day 6.

I spent some time reworking the story map for the night to come. I trimmed the story tree a bit and rationalized some ideas. It's still a lot of content, however. Let's have a look at it.

The green squares are scenes while the grey squares are variants rather than scenes. So... We're looking at 15 scenes.
I  divided the content into 8 different clusters. The scenes inside each cluster are linked together in one way or another.

I don't really know how much content this represents.
Of course, I have notes about the content of every scene, and from that material, I could guesstimate how much volume of words and images will be necessary for each part. And I will most likely be wrong, obviously, as I have a tendency to get carried away and let the content feed itself. Anyway, there are a lot of scenes but I hope they'll stay reasonable in size.

I'm going to start with the Eve Love cluster which will contain the paths Eve Solo Love, Dual Love, and Weird Triangle. I'll add one reworked scene to the mix, most likely Day 2 Scene 3, which should be very short.

I hope I'll be able to go faster on these scenes than on the last few updates. I really need to feel like I'm making some progress. Stagnating is depressing.

I'll work on that next week, along with some corrections to be published in v0.6.5a.
