Scene 34

The posing has considerably slowed down this week as I had to work on the first animation loop of scene 34. The movement was fairly simple, thanks to a very close framing, but it still took forever to get a satisfying result. Or at least I hope it will be satisfying, because my test renders were quite small. I had a lot of issues with the clothing. Turns out that dForce is total crap when it comes to animation. I'm not really surprised, though. It should have been obvious, as that tool is, most of the time, also complete crap when it comes to still shots. After hours of trying to get a decent simulation, I had to let go of the idea of having any kind of realistic movement in the clothing. The clothing will be static. I apologize in advance.

Anyway, the loop is 150 frames long. That means it's going to take me from ten to fifteen nights to render it. Fingers crossed it won't be in vain. I put it on top of my render queue. Right now we're at 12/150.

I might add a second animation to that scene. I'll see when I get to that point in the storyboard if I think can pull it or not.

When it comes to still shots, I reached shot #128.

I also had to do some minor rewriting. And adding and removing images from my storyboard. Nothing out of the ordinary at this stage of the work.

I also invested some time in trying some new assets for the breasts and nipples of the girls. That new thing is supposed to allow collision and deformation. So far, the breasts themselves look good to me, but I'm not entirely convinced by the collision thing. But maybe I can get it to work. I'll have to do more tests.

The quick sum up :

• Day 6 Part 7 will contain 3 new scenes: scenes 33, 34, and 35.
• Day 6 Part 7 will contain 1 reworked scene.
• Scenes 33, 34, and 35 have been written.
• Scene 33 is fully posed and rendered.
• 16 951 words of new content.
• 378 shots are planned, 319 are posed, 245 are rendered
• 1 animation is planned and posed. 12/150 frames are rendered.
• I'm currently posing scene 34.
